Field Service
If trouble occurs unexpectedly, our field service team is available 24/7/365. We have a live after-hours emergency operator service to help route calls to the required support personnel. Our field service engineers work in a dual role of providing both in-house engineering design and on-site customer support. This provides us with a broader base of field support personnel who understand the total control solution, which ultimately benefits our customers.
Training
Premier Automation has two dedicated training rooms, each of which can accommodate more than 50 people. On-site training is available as well. We offer standard pre-designed packages for AC/DC drives, PLC, HMI and SCADA applications. Custom training programs are also available and can be tailored to your specific learning goals.
